Included within this Web Maintenance package is:

• Platform Updates: We’ll keep your platform updates on a weekly basis. It is important to keep your platform up to date to ensure that it runs efficiently, doesn’t have any security flaws and is compatible with the latest versions of PHP, SQL, theme used and plugins (Weekly)
• Theme Updates: We’ll keep your theme up to date on a weekly basis to ensure that is completely functional with your website. It is important to keep your theme up to date to ensure it runs efficiently, doesn’t have any security flaws and is compatible with the latest version of your platform, PHP, SQL and plugins (Weekly)
• Plugin Updates: We’ll keep your plugins up to date on a weekly basis to ensure that is completely functional with your website. It is important to keep your plugins up to date to ensure it runs efficiently, doesn’t have any security flaws and is compatible with the latest version of your platform, PHP, SQL and theme (Weekly)
• Cloud Backups: We’ll keep a backup of your website in a third party solution to ensure that you will have access to it if something goes wrong. We can revert to the last version in the event that something takes place and use the minutes you have allocated to your account (Daily)
• Pro Security Plugin: We’ll optimise your account with the basic security plugin which includes Brute Force Protection, File Change Protection, 404 Detection, Strong Password Enforcement, Lock Out Bad Users, Away Mode, Block IPs, Change WordPress Salts & Keys, Remove RSD Header Info, Force SSL, SPAM reduction & XML-RPC Brute Force Protection. The pro version of security within this package also includes Two-Factor Authentication for users, Malware Scanning, Google reCaptcha Integration, User Action Logging, WP-CLI Integration, Password Expiration and more.
• Search Console Monitor: Check and keep up to date with any messaging from Google about security and blacklisting (Weekly)
• Support Hours per month which can be used to make changes to your websites including plugins, content and more* (120 Minutes per month)
